Shipping policy

Same day shipping is FREE on all orders via ground.  Delivery takes between 1-4 business days depending on your location.   Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

Any damages due to shipping carrier must be reported immediately by emailing sales@directpreciseimaging.com. Provide tracking number and pictures of damages. Must report within 7 days from receipt of package.   Note: When buyer uses a 3rd party international broker/shipper for countries outside the USA, we cannot warranty or credit the product for damages.  You need to do a claim with your international broker/carrier.  No exceptions.  Shipping and Handling is non refundable.
