Refund policy
All Direct Precise Imaging & TCM toner cartridges and drum units ordered via website, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart have 30 day returns from the date of delivery (more information under refund policies). No exceptions.
Warranties are extended to 60 days from the date of delivery when setting up a Direct Precise Imaging Account and ordering direct via phone or emailing purchase orders only. Contact customer support at 310-618-8424 for further information. Items purchased on Amazon, Ebay and Walmart sites have their own return policies and you must process returns via there portal. We don't extend their warranty or return policy.
Note: When buyer uses a 3rd party international broker/shipper for countries outside the USA, we cannot warranty or credit the product for damages. You need to do a claim with your international broker/carrier.
All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number and invoice provided by Direct Precise Imaging.
- Please ensure that the products are adequately packed, preferable in the original packaging and that the RMA NUMBER IS CLEARLY MARKED ON EVERY BOX.
- RMAs issued but not returned within 20 days from date of issue are subject to cancellation.
* Direct Precise Imaging guarantee coverage does not include improper installation, storage, or misuse of the products. Direct Precise Imaging obligation is limited to the value of the goods that is sold. Direct Precise Imaging will not be held responsible for resultant damages to systems, or components internal or external. Buyer consents full responsibility for use of said goods.
Note: Cartridges have chips and its very Important to check your current part number prior to ordering.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@directpreciseimaging.com If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products must be returned within 20 days of the return request date. No exceptions.
- Any item that is returned to DPI that is not an DPI or TCM product will be disposed of with no credit due the sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Purchaser must notify Direct Precise Imaging of wrong item, damages, shortages, or over-shipments within seven (7) days after delivery. No exceptions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returned new items and refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All toner cartridges that have chip technology are designed by region. The chips on our cartridges are specifically for North America Region printers only (United States). Some chips will not work in other regions outside of the United States. Note: When buyer uses a 3rd party international broker/shipper for countries outside the USA, we cannot warranty or credit the product for damages. You need to do a claim with your international broker/carrier.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping and Handling is non refundable.
Direct Precise Imaging will not accept a cartridge that is empty or beyond 50% usage. Will not accept a toner cartridge tube that has been opened and installed. No Exceptions.

No credit will be issued if Direct Precise Imaging quality control test or internal inspection results show that the cartridge is non-defective upon return.
